Background: Alexis has always had a passion for fitness. She grew up playing tennis competitively, then continued to stay active by running half marathons and practicing yoga. After becoming a CPA, work took over and it became harder to make the time to exercise – until a friend pushed her to come to LVL. After her first class, Alexis became so obsessed with Lagree that she immediately cancelled her gym membership and Lagree has been her primary workout ever since! Now going from client to instructor, Alexis is excited to help clients find their passion for fitness and is ready to serve those shakes!

The Lagree method packs in flexibility, strength and endurance training in 45 minutes, which she can easily fit in between working full-time, completing her Master’s program and staying involved in Bakersfield’s music community.
