Teaching Background:

Alicia has been teaching group fitness for 7 years.  She has always had a passion for fitness and being able to encourage others to live a healthy and active lifestyle.  Working in the fitness industry has always been her “hobby.”  Alicia loves being able to build relationships with people that come to her classes.  She believes,  fitness is a journey and it is most successful when you are  surrounded by others who there to encourage, motivate and challenge.  Stepping into a new class can always feel intimidating, but Alicia hopes when people come to her class they will know that she is  there to help them be successful and have fun while doing it. 

Why Alicia loves Lagree:

Alicia loved the way she feels afterwards.  She knew this workout was different from what she had been trained in and couldn’t wait until she could get on the Mega again!  Alicia is always seeking the most efficient ways to workout.  Life is busy.  When you work every major muscle group in 45mins, you know it’s a good workout.

 

Alicia’s Favorite Move:

 Spider Lunge because it challenges her flexibility and puts pressure on her glutes and quads.
