Teaching Background:

Darcy is a Tehachapi native and has been practicing Lagree since LVL opened.  The first class that she took kicked her butt so bad that she went home and couldn’t stop thinking about Lagree and how strong she felt after just ONE SESSION.  After that class, she committed to the workout and saw incredible changes in her strength and her body.  She loves to see the boost in her clients’ confidence as they get stronger through the Lagree method.  “I’d  like to inspire and encourage clients to work on perfecting form, staying in each move the whole time, and feeling strong and accomplished after each session, ” said Darcy.
When Darcy isn’t at the studio, you can find her hanging with her daughter Luna or hiking up the side of the mountain.

 

Why Darcy loves Lagree: 

Darcy loves Lagree because as you get better, the moves get more challenging and you become trained to tune into each tiny muscle that you didn’t even realize was working.

Darcy’s favorite move:

Darcy’s favorite moves are single leg squat and wide leg bear.
