Teaching Background:

Kelly has been active her entire life.  Starting as a kid, she always loved sports and fitness.  She was a collegiate athlete playing soccer for the Florida Atlantic University for 4 years.  Since moving to Bakersfield, Kelly has continued her love for fitness by running, practicing yoga, PiYo, Cycling, Barre, and bootcamp.  During this time, she found that she had a passion for helping others progress in their fitness journey.  Because of this, she started training others in a high intensity, boot camp format over 5 years ago in California and Michigan.  She is motivated by seeing her clients improve their form and the confidence that they get as they start to feel better about their workouts.
