Teaching Background:

Alicia has been teaching group fitness since 2014.  She has always had a passion for fitness and being able to encourage others to have a healthy and active lifestyle.  Alicia loves being able to build relationships with people that come to her classes. She believes fitness is a journey and it is most successful when you are surrounded by others who are there to encourage, motivate and challenge you.  Stepping into a new class can always feel intimidating, but Alicia hopes when people come to her classes they will know that she is there to help them be successful and have fun while doing it.

Why Alicia loves Lagree:

The first time Alicia took her first Lagree class, she knew she wanted more. It was unlike any other workout she had taken or taught. She couldn’t wait until she could get on the Mega again!  Alicia is always seeking the most efficient ways to workout.  Life is busy. When you work every major muscle group in 45mins, you know it’s a good workout.

Alicia’s Favorite Lagree Move:

Spider and Elevator Lunge! These two lunges challenge her flexibility, putting pressure on her glutes and quads. Both of these moves really bring on the shakes!
