Teaching Background:
I have taught group fitness for 6 years, started out teaching to a small group of friends outdoors which then lead me to pursue teaching at our local gym here in Clovis. I started my journey with High Fitness back in 2018 and I have never looked back since. It has opened many doors for me which has lead me to finding more ways to love all different forms of fitness.
What she loves about Lagree:
I love that Lagree is a core focused method. I have taken and taught many different forms of fitness; but what I love about Lagree, is that in every single movement the core is completely engaged. Along with the other amazing qualities that the method provides, such a muscular strength & endurance, cardio strength, it’s high intensity and provides low impact as well as it engages those slow twitch muscles.

When you come to my classes I want you to feel welcome and BE YOU! I strive to provide you with a safe and fun-loving environment, while encouraging you to challenge yourself to new limits. What doesn’t challenge you doesn’t change you…so always embrace that shake because everyday after that you will be continuing to crush your goals!
