Teaching Background:
My journey into the world of fitness and instruction began in 2019 when I discovered a newfound passion for both physical and mental well-being through group fitness classes. In 2023, I took the leap from participant to instructor, and it’s been an exhilarating and fulfilling ride ever since. Fuelled by my passion for teaching, I’ve continually sought to expand my skill set by pursuing certifications, each one deepening my understanding of effective instruction and enhancing my ability to inspire others on their fitness journey. Beyond the studio walls, I’ve taken an active role in community classes and fundraisers, recognizing the importance of extending the benefits of fitness to all members of society. Whether it’s leading classes in local parks or organizing charity events, I’m committed to using my passion for fitness as a force for positive change in the community. As I continue to evolve as an instructor, my dedication to promoting physical and mental well-being remains unwavering. I’m grateful for the opportunity to inspire others to lead healthier, happier lives.
