Elizabeth was introduced to Lagree by her amazing sister, Gabrielle, who gifted her a class pack—and she’s been hooked ever since. After years of playing competitive tennis, Elizabeth was searching for a workout that delivered high intensity without putting extra strain on her joints.
She was immediately drawn to the Lagree method’s precise focus on form and quickly noticed gains in strength, postural awareness, coordination, balance, and mental resilience—all the things she loved about tennis, minus the injuries.
