Meet Erin! Exercise and health became an essential part of Erin’s life after being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes over 20 years ago. It made her realize the importance of health and fitness, physically and mentally. She started a career as an RN, wanting to help take care of others. After transitioning to a stay at home mom of 3 and starting Lagree herself, she wanted to be on the other side helping others feel their best and teach them what she fell in love with. “I have loved seeing my health and fitness improve and grow stronger with Lagree. I feel better about myself and more confident! I want to help others feel the same way and watch their confidence grow as they get stronger and see what they are capable of at any fitness level, ” said Erin. Erin is a certified Lagree instructor.
Why Erin loves Lagree:
Erin started out with the founding membership thinking it was a 3 month commitment and she could drop it if she didn’t utilize it, but she fell in love with it and never stopped! She had done all different types of workouts before, but Lagree was more challenging and different than anything she had ever done. “I loved the low impact and high intensity in a short duration of time. Every class is different and always challenging. I have loved every single instructor! My core gets an insane workout, I can see my obliques! My body composition began to change shortly after starting. My bulky muscular legs have slimmed down, still staying muscular yet more long and lean, toned and defined. I always look forward to my Lagree workout and how good I will feel after. It has improved my strength in other areas of fitness as well, ” said Erin.

So many to choose, she loves them all! Mega donkey kick, runners lunge, single leg squat, plank to pike, all arms, and super crunch are at the top of the list!
