Teaching Background:
Jenna spent years teaching cycling, strength training, and convincing herself that running was fun. But everything changed when she discovered Lagree. The slow, controlled movements were humbling—in the best (and shakiest) way.
As a type 1 diabetic for over 30 years, Jenna has always understood the importance of staying strong and balanced, both physically and mentally. After a break from teaching group fitness, Lagree brought her back to what she loves most: movement, community, and that glorious post-class shake.
