Teaching Background:

I got really active in exercise after I had my son but jumped into teaching group fitness with both feet during COVID while I was working as a nurse. I just love the stress outlet along with all those positive endorphins that exercise gives me. In addition, I love the community and friendship you find in group fitness. I’m currently a nurse educator at a local community hospital.

What she loves about Lagree:

There is nothing else in the fitness industry that challenges you and makes you feel invincible like Lagree does! I love how I feel and have seen my body composition changing from doing Lagree. Each workout pushes me the farthest I can go (especially holding some of those moves) and then when it’s over I feel like I can conquer the world.

Favorite Lagree Moves:

I love all the variety that Lagree has but currently I am loving some heavy leg series of moves.

What you can expect from my class:

We are going to have a fun and killer workout. I like to get those smiles out, have a really enjoyable time, and crank up that music. But we will also have an awesome workout where I will have you shaking, sweating, and feeling that soreness in that muscle as we increase your endurance.
