Teaching Background:

Kelsie grew up playing a variety of sports but one she excelled in was volleyball. She played on school teams and for Kern River volleyball club. After high school, she found a love for heavy weightlifting and strength training. She loves to challenge herself and see how the body adapts. In the gym, a friend had invited her to a new type of workout. That’s when she was introduced to Lagree at LVL Fitness. She signed up for the 2 week trial and during her first class she thought, “what did I get myself into, there’s no way I’m coming back!” But by the time class was over, she was in love with the workout and has been addicted to the challenge Lagree brings ever since. She loves giving clients a challenge in her classes. She believes that where there is no challenge, there is no growth. You can expect Kelsie to correct your form in each move to make sure you get the most out of every class.
