Kristen Wallace

Kristen has always loved fitness. From club basketball as a kid to triathlons in college, fitness has always been an important part of her life. However, after a severe knee injury in college, Kristen found it challenging to find strength workouts that did not hurt her knee. After having 4 children and 3 c-sections, she found it challenging to get her core strength back. In 2021, Kristen tried her first Lagree class at LVL and has been hooked ever since. Lagree not only targeted her core, but it was knee-friendly. Her body has never been stronger, especially committing to taking 3 LVL classes a week. If you’re an early LVL-goer, chances are you’ve worked out together. As a public school teacher of 9 years, Kristen is passionate about teaching and encouraging others, in school and now at LVL! She can’t wait to bring the shakes and sweats to clients!
