Lisa has been teaching Kettlebells and TRX classes since 2017. She also has taught HIIT, Barre, and circuit training.

I’ve done every workout imaginable and Lagree is without a doubt the most challenging and effective! It is also easy on the joints and can be modified to all fitness levels. I am sore for days after and feel like I have a tighter core and more lean muscles!

Exercise for me is not punishment but rather a privilege! Therefore, expect high energy, calorie burning, sweat dripping and overall an energizing class.
