Teaching Background:

Although I may not have formal teaching experience, I’ve been immersed in the world of dance from a very young age. I’ve had the privilege of learning from exceptional mentors who have instilled in me a deep passion for movement. Their influence has shaped my approach to fitness, and I am now inspired and ready to confidently share my knowledge of Lagree with others!

I absolutely fell in love with Lagree! It brings me back to my dance training, where strength and endurance blend perfectly. From the moment I stepped into my first class, I just had to keep coming back! My body has never felt/looked better since I started, and I can’t stop raving about this incredible workout. In my class, you can expect great music and a high-energy environment that keeps you engaged and motivated. I also will emphasize proper form and technique to ensure you get the most out of the Lagree method.
