Background:

Ruth has always enjoyed being active and investing in her health. She became certified as a group fitness instructor to help motivate and encourage others to invest in their own physical health and well-being. Ruth has been teaching group fitness since 2019 and is excited to add the Lagree method to her skillset. She loves how short and effective each class is which leaves her with time to enjoy other hobbies, such as theater and scuba diving.

Why Ruth loves Lagree:

After taking her first Lagree class and experiencing the intense shake, Ruth was hooked. She loves that Lagree is not only a physical challenge, but a mental one as well. After completing a 45-minute class, Ruth always leaves feeling stronger and proud that she pushed past her comfort zone. She hopes that members leave her class feeling the same way!

Although it is hard to pick, Ruth loves the Mega Donkey Kick and Floor Lunge. Who doesn’t like a good booty shake? Of course, she loves Mermaid and the feeling of her obliques putting in work!
