This Laker girl and dancer turned fitness instructor is just what you need to push you out of your comfort zone and have you leveling up your workouts!  When we asked Sarah what she loved most about Lagree she said, “Being a former dancer, I love training slow controlled movements and focusing on the core which is basically every move on the Megaformer. I absolutely love the satisfaction of feeling SORE the next day!”
