About Stacey:

Stacey tried Lagree after a friend convinced her to try something new outside of her normal cardio training. After years of running, she needed to find a workout that was easier on her joints. This busy mom of three loves that she can get in a full-body workout in just 45 minutes. Fast forward one year and Stacey is putting on the microphone to share her love of Lagree with others by becoming an instructor! Sports have always been a huge part of her life and a great outlet to challenge her mind and body. Stacey has a degree in Studio Art and a minor in Kinesiology and Physical Education.

What she loves about Lagree:

Lagree has taught me that a workout can be easy on your joints, high intensity, while gaining strength and achieving your goals with visible results. I love incorporating Lagree into my own weekly workout routines and I look forward to sharing this passion with others.

Stacey always brings the positive energy and fun vibes to her classes. She will have you shaking during class, but will guarantee that you will feel accomplished and stronger each and every class!

Stacey loves anything that works the abs – planks, bears, cobras, mermaids….you name it and she loves it!
