Sydney’s fitness journey began with a Sports Medicine degree and a passion for how the body moves and adapts. After earning her NASM Personal Training certification, she found her calling helping others feel strong and confident through movement. As a founding member of LVL Fitness, she quickly connected with the community and now brings that energy into her role as an instructor. Sydney’s classes blend challenge with encouragement, helping clients push their limits while keeping the vibes fun and upbeat. Empowering others through movement is at the heart of everything she does.

Why She Loves Lagree:

Sydney loves Lagree because it’s always a challenge but in the best way! The better you get at it, the more ways there are to level up and push yourself a little harder. It’s a workout that meets you where you are, but also pushes you to challenge yourself!
