Tiffany’s journey to Lagree started with a lifetime of movement—years of competitive cheerleading and coaching taught her how powerful discipline, form, and focus could be. But nothing hooked her like Lagree. From her very first class, she was addicted to the mental challenge, the slow, controlled burn, and the way it pushed her beyond what she thought was possible.

For Tiffany, Lagree is more than just a workout—it’s a daily reset, a test of grit, and a celebration of strength. She’s drawn to the way it builds not just muscles, but confidence, presence, and mental toughness. It’s the hardest, most rewarding 45 minutes of her day, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
