Teaching Background:

Sports and fitness have always been a huge aspect of Bianca’s life since childhood. Growing up, she played competitive club soccer in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) until an injury in 2013. Despite injury, she continued her passion for fitness by running, practicing yoga, and doing workouts at the gym. During this time, she found a passion to assist others in excelling in their fitness journey and began soccer coaching while studying for her BA in Accounting and Finance at CSUB.  Bianca was introduced to the Lagree method at LVL by a friend that knew she appreciated a good challenging workout.   Bianca said she was hooked after she first stepped onto the megaformer when she was shaking like a leaf by the end of class and instantly knew she would be back.

Why I love Lagree:

She loves the Lagree Method because although it never gets easier, you continue to get stronger. The way you strengthen every single muscle fiber in your body within just 45 minutes is amazing. You can never plateau, only get stronger, and you are able to challenge yourself every single class. As a full time tax accountant at a local CPA firm working endless hours during tax season, she appreciates an efficient and intense full body workout that pushes her body to the ultimate limit in a short amount of time. She aspires to help clients exceed their goals by keeping them motivated, challenged, and feeling a little stronger by the end of each class!

My Favorite Lagree Move

Although it is hard to pick just one, she loves bear for that fire up, full body core engaging workout, runner’s lunge, and of course mega-donkey kick, because who doesn’t love a good booty shaking burn.
