COVID POLICIES
- All classes must be pre-booked, no walk-ins will be allowed.
- Please cancel class if you are feeling sick or have a fever over 100.4, have anyone at home who is sick, or have been exposed to anyone who is ill. You should continue to stay at home until you are not experiencing any symptoms. If you have been exposed to someone with COVID, we ask that you do not attend class for 2 weeks.
- Please do not arrive to class more than 10 minutes before your session. The instructor will prop open the front door when it is time to enter the studio for class. Maintain social distancing if you are waiting outside.
- Grip socks and towels are required for class and sold at the studio.
- You are encouraged to wear a mask when entering and exiting the studio.
- Go straight to your mega and store your belongings under your machine. Try to travel light! Cubbies will no longer be used.
- Wash your hands prior to class or utilize hand sanitizer. Do not touch personal items once your hands have been cleaned (this includes your phone).
- Utilize wipes to thoroughly wipe down mega prior to class.
- Maintain social distance with other clients and the instructor. Instructor will provide verbal cues only, no hands on adjustments will be given.
- After class, wash your hands in the restroom or sanitize them, gather your belongings, and exit from the north entrance.
- The machines will be deep cleaned daily with a medical grade cleaner. Common surfaces will be cleaned between all classes.
- We love children, but for their safety they will not be allowed in the studio during class (exceptions for infants in carriers).
- Cancellation policy is 12 hours prior to class start time. If you are feeling ill, please be considerate and contact us to cancel your class. Otherwise a late cancel or no-show fee of $25 will be assessed per occurrence. We are a small studio and cannot afford to have empty machines in class.
- The waitlist IS reserving a spot in class. If you are unable to make the class, please remove your spot on the waitlist
